We helped launch one of the most exciting new brands in the UK: Doddle. A parcel delivery company with a difference, Doddle aimed to fill the gaps in online shopping fulfilment by fitting in with customers’ busy lives.

Doddle allows people to collect and return online shopping and send parcels from locations that are handy for them – typically based near railway stations and retail hotspots across the UK.

We refined the brand positioning, defined the tone of voice and visual identity, designed the layouts and graphics of Doddle shops (they were opening 300), created website designs and animations and helped them tell their story consistently across every part of their business.
