Swiss-based breast pump manufacturer Medela is one of the best-known names in mother’s milk expression worldwide. But with new challengers entering their markets and an audience of Millennials to engage, Medela wanted to get ‘closer to mums’ and be seen as advocates of human milk, rather than simply product engineers. Keel was tasked with bringing this to life through content and updating the whole online experience of the brand.

We have worked with Medela for the last two years to help them connect better with mums across the world – from redesigning their global website and re-energising their packaging, to planning and delivering a full audit and rewrite of their always-on content. A 12,500-word interactive, mobile-friendly ebook, a campaign of educational animations, an audit and rework of the B2B comms and a hard-working product launch campaign with full global toolkit, are just a few of the highlights.
